You buy now, then straight after payment we email you a secure link to upload your logo and branch details. Once uploaded, we print and produce your card and courier it to you nationwide.
Do I need to confirm my design before paying?+
No — you buy now at the 50% off price, then upload your logo afterwards via the link we email you. No waiting on quotes or confirmations before you can order.
Are there any monthly fees?+
No. You pay once, that's it. No hidden fees, no subscriptions, no renewals.
How does the NFC card work?+
There's an NFC chip inside the card. When a phone is held near it, the phone reads the chip and opens your profile straight in the browser — no app needed on either side. No NFC on your phone? Scan the QR code instead for the exact same profile.
Can I update my details after receiving the card?+
Yes — unlimited, free, forever. Changes to your profile go live instantly, no reprinting the card required.
Do I need to download an app?+
No — everything works through the phone's browser, for you and for whoever taps or scans your card.
Can I order cards for my whole team?+
Yes — choose the Business option. You get a Company Admin dashboard with bulk invite via CSV to onboard your whole team at once.
What happens when a team member leaves?+
Deactivate their card instantly from the dashboard, then reassign it to a new team member — no need to order a replacement.
Where do you deliver, and does the price include VAT?+
Your choice: collect for free, or have it couriered nationwide at a flat R150. Prices shown (plain R500, custom R999) are excl. VAT — pick collection or delivery on the order form and it adds 15% VAT (plus R150 only if delivered) and shows your full total before you pay. Delivered: plain R747.50, custom R1,321.35. Collected: plain R575, custom R1,148.85 (one card).
Do I qualify for a free gift?+
Some orders qualify for a free gift with the launch special — details are confirmed after you buy, when we email you the upload link.
What if I'm not happy with my card?+
You're covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee — if you're not happy, we'll refund you, no questions asked.
Can I collect my card instead of paying for delivery?+
Yes — choose “Collect my card” on the order form and the R150 delivery fee is dropped from your total.
